GENERAL OVERVIEW
Oh, gosh… Hello, hello! Before you say anything, we’re really sorry about the lack of updates during this past month! *insert awkward apology dance here* What happened, you ask? Well, we kinda (sorta) remade our current scripts from the ground up, so it was basically akin to starting over… D: Honestly, I don’t think that the changes are too drastic, but you can now look forward to improvements in the timing (thanks to our newest staff member), as well as a cleaner aesthetic overall. So, tonight, we’re handing you guys the short promo alongside episode one’s v2 (which is available on our release page). The second episode will follow momentarily, after a final QC check, so it’s to be uploaded very VERY very soon! It was tough at first, but I think that we’re all getting used to meshing fansubbing into our routines now, so delays like this shouldn’t be an issue anymore. Also, certain stuff is happening behind the scenes, so we’re happy to say that there’s a good chance that we’ll be picking up another project! But, until then, it’s our little secret. As always, please enjoy yourselves and don’t forget to smile at least once a day! ^^

I see the link for the Promo, which also is giving me an error, not letting me download…but I’m not seeing episode 1’s V2. Am I missing something?

Sorry about that, Mega tends to be pretty moody, so you might have to try again later. If that doesn’t help, then a torrent will be made available later anyway :X As for the v2, check the original post.

Erm.. I only volunteer as a QC for Flashman (and mind you that it’s technically being handled under a different group’s name where I’m not in charge), so I honestly can’t tell you much. I’ve gotten episodes one through three to check, as well as the movie, and already sent in my notes quite awhile ago. I know that episode four’s translation has been completed recently, but I haven’t gotten any word from Someone New to help out on it yet. :X Besides that, I don’t know, but a lot of people seem to be losing their patience with LFSSS and I’m a bit worried…

The problem is that they want to wait to release a batch of 5 episodes.
Personally, i have no problem with that. But there is so many groups who only released an episode before disapearing that people assume the group is dead after 3-4 weeks without release. It’s not a bad idea when people know a group is reliable but i can understand why people are so worried since it’s only their first project and everyone still remember what happened to Changeman.
That’s my opinion of course ^^

I understand what you mean. I’ve voiced my concern on that a number of times, since I personally don’t think that we’re suited for batch releases at all. That being said, Someone New believes it’s the best way to go, so I respect his decision and trust that he knows what’s right for him and the group. And, of course, I’ll continue to do what I can to help ’em out. Hopefully though, everything turns out just fine in the end, right? (:

Check the ‘Releases’ tab at the top, kind sir. I decided that keeping them on one page would be better in the long run, so I’ve been gradually moving them over. ^-^
